At Social Roost, our goal is to help professionalize an industry that has historically offered no guaranteed income for its service professionals. Hospitality is built on skill, care, and consistency—and we believe the people who deliver that experience deserve a dependable and fair compensation model.
We have adopted a commission-based service model in which our team earns a percentage on every dollar sold, regardless of discounts. This approach—used successfully across many industries for decades—allows us to provide stable wages while rewarding performance and teamwork.
We are proud to set a higher standard for employee compensation within Florida’s restaurant community. Exceptional hospitality is never the work of one individual—it’s the result of a dedicated team working seamlessly together. Came for brunch - I'm just going to say- if you're in St Pete- this place is def worth a stop!! Yes- the acoustics are a bit loud but the food more than makes up for it. My friend had shrimp and grits, said the best she's ever tasted. I ordered the pork belly hash- melted in my mouth. The coffee super yummy and hot/ def will be returning.

The food came out hot just like how I wanted it. The toast was extra crunchy and the sugar has a very strong tomato flavor and the eggs were cooked runny just how I like them. My friend got the Benedict and it came with a side salad as well as pork belly the pork belly or so delicious and caramelized. This definitely is a trendy spot to go to

We dined here on a Wednesday evening for my moms birthday dinner. We started with half priced bottles of wine and the curry mussels which were great. For entrees we got 2 short rib dinners and I ordered the Peruvian chicken. Everything was so delicious cant wait to come back for brunch when they get bottomless mimosas!

Let me start off saying that this restaurant is BEAUTIFUL and so elegant. This was my wife's and I first time coming here, and it was SO good that after our dinner we decided that we had to come the next day for brunch. The customer service 10/10 and the ambience is something else. I cannot wait to come back and try more and more!!! Btw the cocktail that I had was BOMB. I believe the name is "jet setter".

Great restaurant/bar with a posh, yet casual environment. The service was great. The food tasted delicious. The presentation of each meal was impressive. The interior Décor is very appealing. My one complaint would be that it is on the pricier side, but the quality of the product they provide is worth it.
